Non-Profit Development
Calvert House: worked with the development director to brainstorm donor outreach opportunities and to design the new website to make donor opportunities more visible and bring attention to the development office, provided technical support for transitioning from FileMaker to E-Tapestry, developed a retreat strategy and budget for the following year. Su Casa: assisted the development director to plan and initiate grant program for 2007/2008 as part of position with Calvert House. Researched possible grants, brainstormed improvements to donor outreach and edited grants. (September, 2007 - May, 2008)

Web Development
